A local political party in the City Of London is seeking an Organiser to oversee campaign activities and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in political campaigning, and the ability to motivate a team. Responsibilities include managing canvass activities, data analysis, and developing communication strategies. This role offers competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a politically dynamic environment.
Salary: £23,000 pro-rata for four days a week, 12 months renewable
The Organiser is responsible for organising campaigns for Hammersmith Labour Party, reporting directly to the HLP Chair. She or he will work with party officers and elected representatives to deliver the Party’s campaign strategy.
The successful candidate will have the necessary experience, knowledge, skills and aptitudes to undertake all of the following tasks:
As the successful candidate will be given high levels of responsibility, she or he should be able to demonstrate trustworthiness and the ability to manage different types of work, motivate a wide variety of people and deliver results to tight deadlines.
She or he will be expected to operate on a flexible basis and undertake such tasks as shall, from time to time, be determined by the HLP Chair, including working away from the office for a limited period if required.

Interview/Start Dates: Interviews will be held at 28 Greyhound Road, London W6 8NX in April. The successful candidate will be asked to start as soon as possible.
