Job Summary
As a CAMO Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all aircraft maintenance activities to ensure continued airworthiness in compliance with EASA / CAA regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term maintenance plans for the fleet.
- Ensure compliance with all airworthiness requirements.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with maintenance providers and internal departments.
- Manage the planning and tracking of component life limitations and aircraft maintenance forecasts.
- Ensure all maintenance is carried out within regulatory timelines and standards.
- Maintain and update aircraft technical records and maintenance planning systems.
- Prepare work packages, job cards, and materials forecast for upcoming maintenance events.
- Support audits, reviews, and internal quality assurance programs.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in CAMO maintenance planning.
- Strong understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance planning.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of AOC operations.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations (EASA, UK CAA, UK Military, FAA).
- Understanding of ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
- Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS).
