Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 8am-8pm

About The Role

Path2 is recruiting Inbound Call Centre Agents on behalf of a nationally recognised company. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home role, ideal for candidates based in Goole, Hull, Doncaster, or surrounding areas who are looking for stable employment without commuting. All equipment will be provided, including a laptop. No previous call‑centre experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be given. Suitable for entry‑level, experienced and returner candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer service calls (no cold calling)
  • Handle customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Book, reschedule, and log cancellations
  • Update customer information accurately on internal systems
  • Escalate complaints to the appropriate department when required
