We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at the famous Natural History Museum.

Our cafes at the museum serve freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and barista crafted coffee to thousands of visitors each day.

We Offer

Rate: £13.25 per hour

Shifts: Any 2-3 days out of 7

Contract: Part Time/ Permanent

About the Cafe Supervisor role

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
