Your Mission:

• Report to the C-27J Key Account Manager and Lead Instructor, supporting the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification (PIQ) Course and advanced training programs.
• Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.
• Provide hands‑on simulator instruction to C-27J pilot students in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Flight Training Device.
• Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.
• Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting‑edge.
