Buying Manager – Fashion & Accessories

An excellent opportunity with a retail business that is growing rapidly. A vibrant fast paced environment and within a business that offers hybrid working. This is a senior position that requires business travel overseas and within the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading a multi-disciplinary team across product buying design and development
• Overseeing the buying design and development of a wide range of fashion and accessories and gifting products.
• Working closely with suppliers and ensuring strong business relationships with factories, vendors and stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with the merchandising teams and across departments.
• Taking responsibility for complex data analysis
• Managing substantial budgets and revenue responsibility.

The Requirements

• Senior level retail buying management experience within apparel / accessories (Branded and development)
• Experience of managing substantial budgets and Revenue.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• A good record of leading people and developing their skills
• Clean driving licence and able to travel.
