As a Buyers Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital role in shaping ranges, while learning the ropes of the buying process from concept to shop floor.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing: You'll be the go-to support for the Buyer, keeping the critical path on track, liaising with suppliers, managing samples, and getting hands-on with everything from product development to trade actions. One day you'll be deep in spreadsheets, the next you'll be in a fit session, or presenting ideas in a range review. It's fast, it's varied, and it's a brilliant way to grow your buying career.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Has a fashion-related qualification or experience in a fashion buying environment.
  • Is detail-driven but creative, with an eye for trends and a knack for spotting what's next.
  • Loves organisation, thrives under pressure, and can juggle multiple deadlines
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates with confidence
  • Is tenacious, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing fashion division
  • Is commutable to Fleet, Hampshire, five days a week
