Develop and execute sourcing strategies that strike the right balance between cost, quality, and risk
Run sourcing events (RFI/RFP), evaluate suppliers, and negotiate commercial contracts
Build relationships across the business to drive alignment and deliver results
Own and manage category spend up to £30 million, delivering against strategic goals
Collaborate across departments to roll out effective and value-driven procurement solutions
Experience in a commercial or procurement setting
Strong negotiation skills and a curious, analytical mindset
Confidence to challenge and support stakeholders of all levels
Solid understanding of procurement principles and some exposure to contract law
