Job description

Quod is an independent bustling city centre restaurant bar & terrace with over 250 seats. Located on Oxfords famous High Street Quod is open all day every day serving breakfast lunch afternoon tea and dinner. The menu consists of European classics with an emphasis on British produce. The busy restaurant with a high level of repeat business is open every day of the year.

Responsibilities of the Busser

• To prepare the restaurant for service following the job lists and as directed by the duty manager.
• To ensure that the restaurant is fully stocked with clean polished cutlery at all times.
• To ensure ready supplies of napkins are stored in the restaurant before and during service.
• To ensure tables are cleared and re-laid to a high standard as quickly as possible.
• To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift.

We offer a sensible shift pattern across a 35-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with two days off) with a salary of 12.21 per hour plus non-contractual service charge (tronc).

Part-time hours may also be considered.
