We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business & Workforce Development Manager (PO5) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for a passionate individual who possesses a keen understanding of the intersection between workforce development and business growth. As the Business & Workforce Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives that foster economic growth and enhance the workforce capabilities within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, community partners, and businesses to identify workforce needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those requirements. Your role will also involve conducting labor market research to inform decision-making, advising on training programs that align with industry demands, and promoting partnerships that support job placement and retention. In addition to your strategic focus, you will oversee the development and management of projects aimed at upskilling the workforce and addressing gaps in employment.
