Overview

Business Support Team Administrator
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater
Pay Rate: £126 per day
Hours: 37 Hours Monday- Friday

We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Team Administrator to join the Commissioning & Pre-Operations (CommOps) team at Hinkley Point C. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CommOps Programme Area and the HPC Training Centre. You will provide professional administrative support to senior stakeholders, manage data and records, and help facilitate meetings, visits, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel, accommodation, and hospitality.
  • Managing diaries, preparing meeting packs, and taking minutes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Handling enquiries via phone/email and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing letters, reports, and documents to a high standard.
  • Supporting stakeholder visits and covering reception duties at the Training Centre.
  • Assisting with emergency preparedness activities for the HPC Training Building.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a team.
