We are currently recruiting… Lancashire County Council's Integrated Transport Services is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Administrative Assistant to enhance our already established friendly and supportive team who will contribute to the key work of Lancashire County Council's Growth, Environment, Transport & Health Directorate, working within Transport Business Support Team

Working to the Transport Administration Manager and part of a county wide team, you will be supporting Service Delivery operations in our specialised transport and fleet services teams.

What We Are Looking For

Knowledge and Experience
We\'re looking for a suitably qualified person, with a good standard of education and has able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and people skills (friendly, considerate, patient, empathy etc). They will have a knowledge of IT systems including using Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and experience of learning new specialist software.

Communication
We\'re seeking someone who is an excellent communicator with the ability to work independently but also collaboratively within a wider team. You\'ll enjoy building effective working relationships with other service areas and colleagues.
