  • Liaise with providers to obtain accurate information.
  • Support the Operations Manager with operational tasks.
  • Manage office processes including post and supplies.
  • Maintain HR-related records such as holidays and absences.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and data management.
  • Coordinate workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Business Support Administrator

Location: Carlisle

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:00pm

Contract: Permanent Full-Time

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a well-established company based in Carlisle. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team you’ll play an important role in keeping processes running smoothly supporting advisers and helping the business deliver an excellent service to its clients.
