Permanent Secondary Teacher | Key Stage 3 & 4

Are you a highly motivated and qualified Secondary Teacher seeking a rewarding, permanent opportunity? We are looking for an exceptional practitioner to join our successful and forward-thinking secondary school. This full-time, permanent post is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to take ownership of their own classes and contribute fully to the departmental success within Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

The Role

The core focus of this position is to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, engaging lessons in your subject specialism. You will be responsible for a full timetable of classes, ensuring exceptional progress and positive outcomes for all students aged 11-16. You will be expected to use formative and summative assessment strategies to effectively guide student learning.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility for the learning and achievement of all pupils in your classes, including planning, preparation, and detailed marking. Other duties include contributing to the development of schemes of work, assessing student progress and providing timely feedback, undertaking a form tutor role, and actively participating in whole-school life and training.
