Role: Business Development Officer
Location: Head Office, Cheadle, SK8
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: Full time or part time - open to discussion. Please note that part time will be offered as a pro rata salary

bMindful Psychology are currently recruiting a Business Development Officer to join our Head Office team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. At bMindful Psychology our team focuses on providing sector leading therapeutic services and training for children and young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, helping them improve their emotional and psychological well being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls (and prospecting), to generate qualified leads.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
• Present and promote bMindful Psychology's services to prospective clients in a professional, value-driven manner.
• Identify and secure new commercial partnerships to expand bMindful Psychology's reach.
• Negotiate agreements that deliver long-term value for both bMindful Psychology and our partners.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
• Act as a key contact for prospective partners.
• Develop rapport with senior decision-makers across organisations.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from initial enquiry through to partnership development.
• Work to agreed KPIs, including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Previous administrative, operational, or business support experience within a similar setting would be an advantage.
