A leading roofing and property services company in the Liverpool City Region is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with key clients and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in BDM, ideally within the roofing or property services/FM industry.
  • Understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes would be advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Targeting new business.
  • Chasing and following up quotes to increase conversion rates.
  • Bringing in new business and growing existing relationships.
  • Recording new leads and quotations on Management Software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and property/facilities managers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Our client is a leading roofing and property services company based near Birkenhead in Cheshire. They work with leading Faciltits Managemnt, Local Authorities, Landloprds and Housing Associations in providing maintemance and insurance services throughout the North West. As a result of continued growth they are seeking a Business Development Manager. to help grow the business to the next stage.

  • Targeting new business
