• Proven experience in BDM, ideally within the roofing or property services/FM industry.
• Understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes would be advantageous.

They work with leading Faciltits Managemnt, Local Authorities, Landloprds and Housing Associations in providing maintemance and insurance services throughout the North West. As a result of continued growth they are seeking a Business Development Manager. to help grow the business to the next stage.
