Responsibilities

• Promote a manufactured range of emergency lighting products such as exit signage, lighting products, emergency signage, and escape route lighting.
• The majority of your time will be spent generating specification via consulting engineers, electrical consultants, M&E consultants, M&E contractors, housing associations, electrical contractors and local authorities.
• The remaining time will be spent selling and developing distributor relationships via independent and national electrical wholesalers.
• Grow your own territory.
• Turnover will be determined on your experience.

Ideal applicant

• Ideally have M&E or HVAC field sales experience.
• Would consider someone working for an electrical wholesaler or building products field sales.
• Ideally have knowledge and previous experience selling technical products such as exit signage, lighting products, emergency signage and escape route lighting.
• Familiarity with fire alarms, signage, smoke detection units, heat alarms, lighting, commercial lighting, ventilation, smoke ventilation, air conditioning, attenuation units.
• A hungry ‘go-getter’ who is keen to develop new business.
• Strong marketplace knowledge.
