A leading compliance organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. The role involves developing new business strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the organization's footprint in the CEECA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-growth environments and strong communication skills, with a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 plus OTE commission.

Location: Hybrid/Birmingham (once a fortnight on Thursday)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus OTE commission of up to £30,000
