Job Title:Business Development Manager – PTSG Access & Safety

Salary:Competitive / dependent on experience [£45k - £50k + car allowance] **Uncapped Commission Structure**

Location:North/Manchester - National travel will be required

Main Purpose of the Role

Your primary responsibility is to generate new business revenue and profit within a designated territory and/or sector, while also managing and growing key regional accounts. You’ll build strong customer relationships to drive additional revenue, meet agreed targets, and act as a brand ambassador for PTSG Access & Safety – consistently representing the business with professionalism and impact.

Your job will include:

  • Driving sales activity to exceed new business targets.
  • Developing and delivering strategic sales and account plans.
  • Securing new business and growing key accounts.
  • Preparing bids, tenders, and proposals with Sales Support.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to maximise account potential.
  • Working with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM reports and sales pipelines.
  • Promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the PTSG brand with a focus on safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Presenting management information and supporting customer expectations.
