A leading facilities management company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development, particularly in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities include generating leads, presenting to decision makers, and working closely with marketing. The role offers an annual basic salary of £40,000 plus a £40,000 commission upon reaching sales targets, along with additional benefits including a company car, laptop, and phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business with a consultative approach to selling. They should be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills with a proven record in generating significant revenues.
