Flexible working: BT has moved to a hybrid model — work from home 2 days per week, at your contractual location 3 days a week.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying new business opportunities by recommending and shaping the pipeline based on market trends and white space.
  • Focusing on early-stage opportunity identification and qualification, and possessing full sales cycle ownership.
  • Building relationships, engaging with and influencing stakeholders in relevant verticals.
  • Value proposition design – feeds insight to refine messaging for nurture campaigns based on buyer insight.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Identifying procurement routes and timelines, helping shape early positioning.
  • Stakeholder engagement across the region or vertical, building net new relationships.
  • Significant experience in business development, particularly in the transport, manufacturing and retail industries.
  • Track record of winning major acquisition business with corporate customers.
  • Telco/ICT or technology sales industry experience is preferable.
  • Has experience in gaining access and building new relationships at executive level.
  • Navigates ambiguous, early-stage opportunities.
  • On target commission.
