The right candidate for this role will have a solid background in selling and promoting doors into the trade sector.

The role responsibilities:
  • Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value, and competition.
  • Devise strategic sales plans to capitalize on opportunities, address weaknesses, and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, maximizing the value of annual marketing spend.
  • Introduce new products to existing customers and leverage them to attract new customers.
  • Hit and exceed KPI targets.
  • Take an active role in making business improvements.
  • This company will also provide ongoing training.
