Business Development Manager - Surrey - 3 Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced business development manager to support client growth and development for a well established civil engineering company. Following impressive growth over the last 12 months allowing business progression into a wider range of services, the client is looking for a business development manager to support the company on a part time basis with business and client development. We are seeking a hard-working, organised and reliable professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist management with sourcing strong business leads
  • Review projects and identify areas for company growth
  • Communicate with potential clients, representing the company well and building solid relationships
  • Track and monitor client development, providing clear reports for management
  • Support on wider company development where needed
Experience / Attributes
  • High organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of the civil engineering industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 years experience
Employment Details

This is a flexible role requiring initial office based work in Surrey moving to remote work once onboarded. As a part time role the hours/days are flexible with a minimum of 10 hours per week required.
