Business Development Manager

Sales & Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with window fabricators across the designated region in GB.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the window fabrication sector and expand the company's client base.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored ventilation/business solutions.
- Travel throughout designated area within GB to meet with clients, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Product Promotion and Technical Support
- Become an expert on the company's range of window vents products, understanding their applications and benefits.
- Advise clients on the most suitable products for their projects, providing technical guidance where necessary.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for fabricators, installers, and specifiers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to ensure we remains competitive.
Business Development
- Proactively generate leads and new business (lose sales), contributing to the company's overall growth and sales targets.
- Help customers to increase their sales and profitability.
Job Description
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at increasing market share in the window fabrication industry.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company's solutions on upcoming projects.
- Building strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors to promote our solutions on upcoming projects.
Administration and Reporting
- Maintain up to date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities on the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.
Compensation & Benefits
- £45,000 basic
