Our Client: A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality windows, doors, and fenestration solutions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth within the new build residential sector. Responsibilities
- The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new-build contractors.
- Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award.
- The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and client presentations.
- Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to long-term strategic growth.
About You
- Proven experience selling windows, doors, or wider fenestration products into the new build or residential construction market.
- Strong network of contacts within house builders, developers, and construction decision-makers.
- The Business Development Manager will be confident in technical product discussions and able to interpret drawings/specifications.
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and comfortable managing a field-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
