As a B2B Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at Designity, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. Your focus will be on executing outbound prospecting strategies, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and setting up high-quality sales opportunities. You will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance outreach, personalize messaging, and optimize lead qualification. By driving these efforts, you'll directly contribute to expanding Designity's client base and accelerating revenue growth. Designity is a Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform that empowers businesses with a flexible, high-quality, and scalable alternative to traditional agencies and in-house teams. Our unique model connects marketing and creative leaders with the top 3% of US-based creative and marketing talent, all led by experienced Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Marketing Strategists. Through our collaborative platform, we streamline the creative process, ensuring fast, high-impact execution without the inefficiencies of hiring in-house or the high costs of traditional agencies. Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential B2B clients.
  • Use AI-powered sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot to automate workflows, personalize outreach, and optimize lead targeting.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts using AI-driven insights and data tools.
  • Craft and refine outreach messaging with AI-driven engagement strategies to increase response rates.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, challenges, and fit for Designity's services.
  • Set up high-quality meetings and demo calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process with AI-assisted tracking and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Log outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline progress accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in AI-driven sales strategies.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS, creative services, or tech.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, and HubSpot for automation, prospecting, and lead management.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed outbound prospecting targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and outreach skills—clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
  • Ability to research and engage decision-makers at mid-to-enterprise level companies.
  • Experience managing structured follow-up processes and nurturing leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to evolving sales strategies.
