Tecman is a rapidly growing manufacturing SME, providing end-to-end support to its customers from engineering and technical expertise to high-volume manufacturing. Serving the Wind Energy and Automotive sectors, with a strong focus on the evolving EV market, Tecman works directly with OEMs as a trusted advisor, helping customers stay ahead in their field.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads, building lasting relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth across the UK and international markets.

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
  • Assisting with email campaigns, webinars, and events
