We are on the hunt for a Director of Client Development to join our Portsmouth-based team, serving the construction industry with top-tier IT systems and payroll solutions. Responsibilities
  • Start by leveraging your existing senior relationships in the construction sector to introduce our services and generate profit quickly.
  • Use that profit to fund hiring your first team member to create an A-player squad, with plans to scale and replicate.
  • Attend networking events, present to senior board-level directors, and network across construction sites.
  • Hit the phones, network across sites, and develop new business in a full-time entrepreneurial capacity.
  • Be prepared for late nights and occasional overnight stays when required.
Qualifications
  • Confidence and a proven sales track record in construction, with solid industry connections.
  • High energy, high integrity, and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; experience in HR/workforce management industry is a plus; construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
