A leading global professional services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to manage and coordinate teams, ensuring the successful execution of business change projects. The role requires at least two years of experience in a similar setting, excellent interpersonal skills, and formal project management training. This position involves collaborating with global stakeholders and applying effective project management methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manages and coordinates teams to ensure the successful execution of projects or workstreams, collaborating with global stakeholders to meet objectives within time and budget constraints. Communicates project status, manages dependencies, tracks progress, mitigates risks, and contributes to continuous improvement through post-project reviews, documentation, and training initiatives.
The Business Change team partners with stakeholders across the firm to deliver change initiatives that align with strategic goals, whether through process optimisation, technology implementation, organisational transformation, or cultural change.
The team plays a crucial role in ensuring that change is delivered effectively, sustainably and with minimal disruption.
