A health regulatory body in the UK is seeking a Business Change Officer to support business change initiatives. The role involves leading small projects, analyzing stakeholder impacts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful transitions. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in business change delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including annual leave starting at 27 days and training opportunities.
Grade C - £34,890 (National) or £40,746 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles – this will be pro rata.
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term/Secondment for 6 months. Contract extension may be considered if additional funding becomes available.
Location: Home-based with occasional visits to CQC offices
