Overview

The successful candidate will posses excellent IT and audio-typing skills, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner and the ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings, take minutes/notes, circulate documentation, identify actions, log and follow up.
  • Plan and organise training, appointments and events, including coordinating travel arrangements and guest speakers.
  • Manage diaries for yourself and others, communicate effectively via email, implement flagging/prioritisation system.
  • Create and format professional communications such as letters, leaflets, presentations, reports and briefings to a high standard.
  • Order goods or services, monitor progress of orders, check receipt, and reconcile invoices.
  • Deal with complaints, use initiative to solve problems and escalated where necessary.
