A leading financial services firm in Belfast seeks an experienced IT Business Lead Analyst to bridge business and technology, managing product requirements and aligning with a strategic vision. The role involves working collaboratively with diverse teams to monitor progress, communicate risks, and maintain compliance. We are going through a very exciting phase of transformation in Margin and Collateral, OTC derivatives, Payments and Cash Management domains in Markets Technology uplifting our technology offering for our business as we aim to be the most competitive product offering on the street. In this role you will be required to participate in the complete spectrum of SDLC, closely working with business users, engineers, QA and support teams to create a technology product vision and roadmap and ensure its delivery on time and to budget.
As part of our global technology team, you will be working with a group of passionate product owners and engineers who work on building simple and effective solutions to solve complex business problems.
This role is for someone who is a strong analyst with good organizational skills and enjoys solving complex business and process challenges; has experience in building robust and high-quality solutions, has excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Description:
The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
