Job description

We are seeking a skilled Business analyst to work in Bradford on a Fixed term contract basis, the successful candidate will engage with front-office, middle-office, and back-office stakeholders to understand business objectives and will also translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories,

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Prioritize requirements based on business impact, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility
• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or system enhancements
• Support business case development and ROI analysis for proposed initiatives
• Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and external vendors
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across departments
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of project updates

Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1. Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .
