Business Analyst – We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a brand-new role—someone who can turn data into decisions, insight into action, and collaboration into results. This is more than just crunching numbers. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, deliver key projects, and make a real impact on the direction of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct internal and external analysis to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Business Cases & Reporting: Develop business cases, reports, and presentations that drive board-level decision-making.
  • Project Planning & Delivery: Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments.
  • Documentation & Risk: Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Monitoring & Updates: Monitor project performance and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Data & Insight: Collect and analyse operational and financial data to inform smarter decisions.
  • Analytics & Dashboards: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and spot trends.
  • Insight Communication: Present insights in a way that’s clear, engaging, and actionable.
  • Cost & Contract Analysis: Support pricing models, cost-benefit analysis, and contract performance tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs.
  • Data Translation: Translate complex data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications
