A technology consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their agile teams in the UK. This hybrid role requires expertise in gathering and managing requirements to ensure successful business solutions. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments. Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with JIRA and user story writing. The role will involve onsite meetings in Reading and occasional travel to Lancashire.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our agile delivery teams. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the programme to gather, analyse, and manage requirements to support the successful delivery of business solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, supporting continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
This is a requirements role, so some collection of requirements from stakeholders, attending Agile meetings to support teams in development of the projects environments, as well as management of those requirements through to delivery.
This role is interfacing with a lot of technical teams, platforms and data. Plus alignment with Digital Business & Digital Engineering teams.
We do need someone who can attend onsite meetings in Reading as required, as well as occasional travel to Lancashire. It is a busy, complex and changing environment which will be highly rewarding for the right person.
