A well-established travel company in Farnborough is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the success of its UK group business. This role involves collaborating with teams to translate business needs into deliverables and ensuring that projects meet expectations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, solid experience in a Business Analyst role, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a salary between £40,000 - £60,000 and a flexible working environment.

This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full‑time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus
6 month fixed term contract
You will play a key role in driving the success of our UK group business, ensuring that the requirements of our business and external customers are clearly identified, documented, analysed, and implemented. You will take responsibility for translating business requirements into deliverables and work with the delivery teams from project initiation through to completion. Operationally, you will be responsible for participating in project meetings, collaborating with delivery teams, providing ongoing support, preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders, creating and maintaining project documentation.
