A leading British universal bank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for its Payments Transformation Programme in Northampton. The successful candidate will gather and document business requirements, support the design of operating models, and contribute to regulatory processes. Business Analyst – Payments Transformation
Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office: Mon/Thu/Fri)
Duration: 6 months
Overall Purpose of the Role
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the Barclaycard Payments Transformation Programme. This multi-year initiative is carving out core parts of the payments business into a new legal entity, requiring regulatory licensing, new operational structures, and the creation of core finance and enterprise functions.
The role will focus on shaping and defining business requirements, building new operating models, and supporting the set-up of finance operations, processes, and controls within a highly regulated environment.
