A lively pub in Camden Market is seeking a Busser / Barback to support service efficiency. You will clear tables, assist bartenders, and ensure that the venue remains clean and well-stocked.   • Collect glassware and plates from tables and return them to the bar/kitchen.
  • Help keep bar, dining, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Support bartenders by restocking ice, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials.
  • Run food and drinks to tables when needed.
  • Assist with set-up before service and closing duties at the end of shifts.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to keep service smooth.

The Dark Horse Collective in Camden Market is growing! With a buzzing English pub, a lively roof terrace, and a brand-new event space launching in October, we're building a team of hard-working, friendly, and reliable people who help keep service running smoothly.
