The Building Surveyors’ role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a broad range of high-profile projects, with a primary focus on the residential sector.

The successful Building Surveyor will collaborate with a diverse client base, including social landlords and public sector bodies, delivering work that has genuine social impact.

The Building Surveyor will be responsible for a variety of professional services, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, and expert witness reports. This varied workload offers excellent scope for developing both technical expertise and client-facing skills.
