Qualifications

• Experience in Dilapidations and Party Wall matters is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Construction Management/CA roles and building surveys.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and internal teams.

• Build strong working relationships with clients.
• Maintain high levels of site safety and stay updated with regulations.
• Provide expert advice on project requirements.
• Prepare design schemes, specifications, costings, and project programmes.
