A public sector client in Warwickshire is seeking a Building Surveyor Stock Condition for a full-time, ongoing position. The successful applicant will manage various projects maintaining the Council's property portfolio and ensuring legislative compliance. Candidates should possess a relevant HNC, HND, or degree and have 3+ years' experience in a similar role. The offered salary is £27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
A client within the Public Sector based in Warwickshire is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor Stock Condition to join their Neighbourhood and Assets Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority housing or property maintenance environment.
Key purpose of the role is to undertake a full range of Project Management and Building Surveying duties to maintain and improve the Council's property portfolio and housing stock, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and legislation.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £22 per hour PAYE).
