The role

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide variety of professional and project services.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct condition surveys, building inspections, and prepare detailed reports
  • Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate settlements
  • Undertake technical due diligence and acquisition surveys
  • Provide expert advice on building regulations, health and safety, and sustainability issues
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence
Requirements the Building Surveyor should have
  • MRICS Chartered
  • 2-5 years\' post-qualification experience preferred
  • Strong background in commercial property (offices, retail, industrial)
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of building pathology
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment is ideal
