Senior Building Surveyor – North London

Independent Consultancy | Residential & Public Sector Focus | Up to £65k + Benefits

A respected Building Consultancy in North London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor, iat Senior level, although newly qualified surveyors or those close to qualification will also be considered. This firm offers the best of both worlds: the project scale and professional standards of a major commercial consultancy with the personable, flexible culture of an SME.

This appointment follows a sustained period of growth, with rising instruction volumes and project values. As a result, the company is looking to expand its team to support its busy pipeline of work.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of residential and public sector projects.

  • Project management
  • Dilapidations
  • Contract Administration
  • Building surveys
  • Specification writing

You’ll have direct client contact and full autonomy over your work. Those at an earlier stage in their career will receive structured support to grow into the role and develop these skills.

About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Building Surveying
  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Either qualified or on the APC pathway and expecting to qualify in the coming months
