Overview

Known for being an approachable and employee first Building Consultancy, this client is looking for a client facing Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. (short walk from New Street station)

The Building Surveyor will be offered hybrid options.

Are you a confident and ambitious Building Surveyor who can bring a broad range of Building Surveying skills?

Role

Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, project monitoring and providing support in project management on a variety of projects. They work across high end Commercial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting Directors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.

Key Requirements
