Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We are working with a prestigious property consultancy in Aberdeen that is seeking a talented and driven Building Surveying professional to join their diverse team.
We are interested in hearing from individuals at the Senior, Associate, or Director level.

Responsibilities in your new role
As the Building Surveyor, you will engage with team members to support a variety of projects across residential, industrial, commercial, and educational sectors in the Aberdeen region. Your duties will encompass performing surveys such as schedules of dilapidations, schedules of conditions, and party wall agreements. Additionally, you will oversee claims and manage negotiations with loss adjusters and service providers for the company.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess an MRICS qualification or are nearing completion of their APC. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative team environments while also demonstrating the ability to independently manage multiple projects concurrently. While familiarity with contract administration is beneficial, the company provides training if necessary. A commercial mindset and a strong focus on client satisfaction are essential attributes for this role.
