Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the whole site – from the building shell to surrounding grounds

  • Maintain everything from swimming pools to mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation

  • Ensure all queries and issues are dealt with securely and effectively, using an electronic CAFM system

  • Inspire the team to strive for constant improvement, leading by example

  • Use hands–on experience and technical skills to operate an effective preventative maintenance programme

  • Improve your own skills and those of others to help build the strongest possible team around you

Qualifications
  • Electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent)

  • Good knowledge of Building Management systems

  • Experience of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit
