Overview

Building Manager temp to perm – Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, Bexley DA17. 14 p/h + holiday pay at 12.07% – approx 35k p/a depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on all aspects of managing the residential estate in Bexley and maintain the highest standards for all building areas.
  • Supervise the front of house team and ensure customer service is a priority at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors.
  • Review internal systems and software to ensure efficiency and facilitate improvements where required.
  • Supervise and deploy all on-site staff, ensuring they are clear about their roles.
  • Ensure inspections (cleanliness, lighting, fixtures, plumbing, plant rooms, roof tests, fire tests, etc.) are carried out by the relevant contractors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service through concierge staff at all times.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure all absences are covered efficiently.
  • Report to the Board and establish a strong working relationship with the Property Manager.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint or a modern equivalent.
