Hours: 37 per week
Start Date: 22 December 2025 - ongoing contract
Pay Rates: PAYE £19.20 per hour / Limited/Umbrella £27.57 per hour

You will be responsible for investigating disrepair and personal injury claims, preparing reports for insurers and solicitors, and managing contractors delivering remedial works. This role requires strong analytical skills, legal awareness, and the ability to act as an Expert Witness in court proceedings.
