Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, preferably with exposure to cladding and refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Prepare, submit, and agree valuations and final accounts.
• Support value engineering and early cost planning.
