• Mow and trim lawn areas, trim shrubbery, and manage flower beds.

The Village at Sprenkle Drive in York, PA is now hiring a part‑time Building and Ground Technician! This position would be for 7:30a-3:30p for 2 days/week. Days of week can be flexible!

Required

• A high school diploma or equivalent normally required;
• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days
• Valid driver’s license

Experience

A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities

• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance.
• Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.
• Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
